Cam Skateb’s nasty injury has left teammates ‘freaked out’
Just two weeks after knocking off the Philadelphia Eagles in New York, the Giants returned to Philly to face their division rival in a rematch of the season on Sunday in Week 8. Unfortunately for New York, things got worse in the first half.
Running back Cam Skattebo, who became a fan favorite as well as a key contributor during his rookie season, lost terrible injury to the right leg after catching passes in the second quarter. The Eagles defender went down on the back of his leg and it quickly became clear that something was seriously wrong.
Skateb’s teammates reacted immediately, falling to their knees in prayer and showing their immediate concern. He was taken to the locker room with what was likely a serious, long-term injury.
