Chandler Parsons is going to the scorched earth in Milwaukee in the middle of a crisis

After that The Milwaukee Bucks smoked the Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday, 122-102, there’s no doubt there’s growing frustration with the way the team is performing right now, having now lost four of its last five games. With Bucks rumors surrounding Giannis Antetokounmpo trade warming, Chandler Parsons wouldn’t keep the team.

On FanDuel’s “Run It Back,” Parsons would talk about Milwaukee and explain how their production on the field has made them currently “terrible basketball team.”

“I feel like this is going downhill, and it’s going downhill fast,” Parsons said. “Ryan Rollins has been their only bright spot in the season, kind of a surprise, everybody else on the whole roster has struggled. It’s been so up and down. They don’t play defense. They’re 27th in points, 23rd in offense, bottom five in defense. Like they’re a terrible basketball team, it doesn’t get any better.”

While some have urged Bucks to trade Antetokounmpo Whether or not that will happen remains to be seen, but there’s no denying that those talks will continue, with even Parsons talking about the possibility.

“The only way this team can get better is if they make a big move with Giannis, hopefully Bobby (Portis) and (Kyle) Kuzma or something like that,” Parsons said. “Because I feel for these guys who are in this situation, because it’s not going to be solved overnight … you can see the frustration with Giannis here talking about guys playing selfish and shooting bad … he looks sad, he’s sulking, it can’t be fun, and I don’t want this to turn into him having to look for a replacement.”

After hearing Parsons mention that Antetokounmpo might demand a trade, co-host Lou Williams would point to a quote from the 31-year-old superstar who said he would never demand a trade earlier in the New Year.

“A few more games like this, they might be whistling a different tune, Lou,” Parsons told Williams. “Because this team can’t finish this season with hope, with this current squad, it’s impossible.

Milwaukee is currently 18-25, which puts them in 11th place in the East as they look to turn their season around on Friday night against the Denver Nuggets.
