Chris Paul’s latest post has fans wondering if he has confirmed his retirement

Chris PaulHis time in the NBA is coming to an end. The Los Angeles Clippers the point guard has been in the league for 20 years at this point. Paul has strongly hinted that this season could be his last year playing in the league. Until he closed the door on his return for another yearhis latest point may indicate otherwise.
The Clippers will visit the Charlotte Hornets today. Charlotte is Paul’s hometown, so the game means a little more to the point guard. Paul posted a video of himself celebrating, along with an… interesting caption.
That last part is what got fans thinking. Paul said he was “grateful for this last one”, hinting he will retire after this season. Many fans took notice immediately, saying the Clippers star might have just kicked off his retirement tour a little too lightly.

@FallenImpacts pointed out that Paul was not shy about saying that this year could be his last. Still, he paid respect to the spy.
“The commenters are surprised he didn’t already say he left in the summer after this season. I wish I could have watched your early years, but I’m grateful for the years I was able to watch.”
Chris Paul was drafted by the New Orleans Hornets in the first round of the 2005 NBA Draft. During his long career, Paul has earned a ton of accolades. He is a twelve-time All-Star, a nine-time All-NBA selection, and has nine All-Defense selections in his career. Paul was best known for his passing and defense, leading the league in assists five times and steals six times. He is second on the all-time leader list for both statistics.
