Cleveland fans are furious after FanDuel messed up in the final minutes against the Pacers

The The Cleveland Cavaliers have battled back and forth with the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday night, with lead changes and momentum building late in the fourth quarter. It was a great game to watch for Cavs and Pacers fans until out of nowhere the FanDuel Sports Network feed went down due to technical difficulties, leaving everyone in the dark as to what ended up happening in the most critical moments of the contest.

According to FanDuel’s X account, the technical issues were caused by a power outage.

“FanDuel is the worst viewing experience ever, and the NBA should be ashamed for forcing us to use them,” said @RealityIsRude on X, venting his frustrations.

“I don’t know how fanduel sports network is still this terrible at their job. Just get a working stream and don’t shut it down at the most important point in the game. get it @FanDuelSN,” added @imchristosiegel.

Cleveland had a 113-107 lead when Porter made a big block on Pacers guard Andrew Nembhardt to give the wine and gold numbers, and then FanDuel’s broadcast went dark. It was stuck on a black screen until the technical difficulty graphic appeared. The play-by-play still went on without the accompanying video, but then the stream played ads on a loop. And even though the sound was restored in the final 20 seconds, fans of both teams were furious.

“At least FanDuel Sports is shooting commercials like Jordan Clarkson shot,” said X user @CavtainKirk.

The Cavs came back from a nine-point deficit at the end of the third quarter to beat the Pacers in a rally. Darius Garland was sensational with his 7-of-7 shooting performance in the final period, with floaters and mid-rangers coming down in the clutch. Craig Porter Jr. provided a huge spark off the bench, grabbing rebounds and making huge defensive plays down the stretch.

Jarrett Allen and Evan Mobley also found their spots, and both finished with 39 points, 18 rebounds, nine assists, four steals and two blocks, both of which came from the latter.
