ClutchPoints 2025 Week 11 Big Ten Football Power Rankings
Four Big Ten teams have won seven or more in 11 weeks. Ohio State and Indiana remain the conference leaders and now await their berth in the College Football Playoff on Tuesday. Meanwhile, the top 10 from last week’s power rankings has seen the changes below.
1. Ohio State (-)

The Buckeyes and Ryan Day won a rematch against Jim Knowles and his Penn State defense. Now the Buckeyes will find out if they are the top-ranked CFP team.
2. Indiana (-)
The Hoosiers overcame an early slow start before beating Maryland 55-10. But he could Curt Cignetti is the conversation now starting in auburn? Cignetti still signed a huge extension to stay in Bloomingtonbut don’t be shocked if Auburn reaches out.
3. Oregon (-)
Dan Lanning extinguished any thought of leaving Eugene. Oregon, meanwhile, held Wisconsin to just 86 yards in Saturday’s win over the Ducks.
4. Michigan (-)
Sherrone Moore and the Wolverines survived a scare from struggling Purdue. Bryce Underwood was held to under 150 passing yards with one interception.
5. Iowa (-1)
The Hawkeyes are falling slightly, and Michigan currently has more conference wins. Iowa has a huge home slate this Saturday against No. 6 Oregon — with Fox’s Big Noon Kickoff crew, but CBS game broadcast.
6. USC (+2)
Trojans and Lincoln Riley kept their composure in the victory at the loud Memorial Stadium. Riley even hit the Big Ten after.
7. Washington (-)
Maybe Jedd Fisch will field calls from Auburn amid his opportunity with alma mater Florida. His Huskies get three foes below .500 next before closing the regular season against Oregon.
8. Minnesota (+1)
The Golden Gophers bounced back from the debacle at Iowa, but needed overtime to top Michigan State. Minnesota delivered an astounding seven sacks.
9. Illinois (+1)
The Illini piled up 445 total yards in the rout of Rutgers. Brett Bielema and company are now looking at a 9-3 finish with three more unranked opponents.
10. Nebraska (-4)
The Cornhuskers made a big statement in falling to USC. Now Nebraska must avoid being swept by the Los Angeles representative by facing UCLA on Saturday.
11. northwest (-)
In Evanston, they can try to get back to bowl eligibility. But David Brown and the Wildcats have back-to-back foes in USC and Michigan.
12. UCLA (-)
Maybe the week off was good for UCLA after that rough outing in Bloomington. The Bruins can make their sudden bowl push by knocking off Nebraska.
13. Maryland (-)
The Terrapins’ offense struggled to score points — putting up 17 against UCLA and then 10 against Indiana. They earn a chance to snap their four-game skid against another struggling conference team.
14. Rutgers (-)
Rutgers fell to 4-5 after suffering a 22-point loss to Illinois. Now they get the slumping Terps on Saturday.
15. Penn State (-)
Knowless had to watch Jeremy Smith pull down a stunning one-handed catch in front of him. Meanwhile, interim head coach Terry Smith is 0-2 since taking over for James Franklin.
16. Purdue (+1)
The Boilermakers would have moved higher if they had stunned Michigan. But now they have lost seven in a row.
17. Michigan State (-1)
MSU is one of two Big Ten teams sitting at 0-6 in the conference. They can regroup before facing rival PSU.
18. Wisconsin (-)
The season is trying in vain for the Badgers. Two ranked foes (Washington and Indiana) are next for Luke Fickell and his 2-6 squad.
