Dallas gets update, Cooper Flagg has no injury report against Warriors

The Dallas Mavericks will host the Golden State Warriors on Thursday night. Cooper Flagg is back from an ankle injury on Monday and helped the Mavs earn a 114-97 victory over the New York Knicks. Flagg not listed on Thursday’s injury report and is expected to be available, but the team is dealing with a host of other injury issues.
Injuries have been a problem for this team. Dallas has played well in recent action, but to find true consistency they will need to overcome injury absences.
Currently, the Mavericks are 12th in the Western Conference with a record of 18-26. They are just a game and a half out of position in the NBA Play-In tournament. Competing for a postseason spot isn’t out of the question, but injuries won’t make things any easier.
Kyrie Irving could return in February, but an official deadline has yet to be announced. Anthony Davis may be back by the end of the season — but there’s no guarantee he won’t be traded. Derek Lively II and Dante Exum are expected to miss the rest of the season.
Here’s a look at the full Mavericks injury report for Thursday night’s contest against the Warriors.
