DeMarcus Cousins admits to being “on fire” every day during the 2016 Summer Games.

During the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, NBA set a record with 46 players participating. One of them was DeMarcus Cousinsthen the Sacramento Kings.
In the end, the Americans won the gold medal in commanding fashion. But what happened off the field came to light.
During a performance at 7 pm in Brooklyn with Carmelo Anthony. Relatives he fondly recalled with his Olympic teammate about how the team had fun during the games.
“We got fired up … We drank every day,” Cousins said.
“We drank responsibly,” Anthony said.
“Hell no!… I’ve never had so much to drink in my life,” Cousins replied.

During those Olympics, Cousins and Anthony combined for a clutch moment. In the final moments against France, Anthony made several 3-pointers while Cousins made several key layups for a 100-97 win.
Also, Paul George and Draymond became an elite defensive force during the game against Serbia. Their heroics ensured the Americans took a 94-91 lead.
Cousins played in the NBA from 2010 to 2022. In total, he played for seven teams, including the Kings, New Orleans Pelicans, Houston Rockets, Denver Nuggets, Milwaukee Bucks and Los Angeles Clippers.
His last professional stint came with the Guaynabo Mets of the Puerto Rican professional basketball league Baloncesto Superior Nacional. He also played in the T1 League in Taiwan and the League in Mongolia.
In addition to the Olympics, Cousins represented Team USA at the 2014 World Basketball Championship, where the Americans won the gold medal.
During his NBA career, he averaged 19.6 points and 10.2 rebounds per game.
