Detroit announcer trolls Karl-Anthony Towns

The Detroit Pistons chose to be dashing against the New York Knicks on Monday. But it had nothing to do with the players.
The Pistons have been on back-to-back wins since hosting the Knicks at Little Caesars Arena, where they are 12-3. On Sunday, they are coming off a convincing win against the Cleveland Cavaliers, 114-110.
Even the busy schedule did not affect the Pistons, as they took a 10-point lead 64-54 at halftime. To add insult to injury, the team was trolling Knicks star Karl-Anthony Towns. After halftime, the stadium announcer said, “After all that, make some noise for your Pistons Dancers!”
For the uninitiated, the “after all that” was a reference to Towns’ viral remark during the live stream, which prompted fans to call him snarky for the way he said it. There have been other instances of the All-Star big man speaking in a similar tone.
It’s unclear if Towns heard the stadium announcer, but it would be curious to know what his reaction was if he did.
As of this writing, the Pistons have a big lead over the Knicks in the fourth quarter. So no, KAT might not have the last laugh.
