Did Stephen Curry just introduce a new cell after 3 against the Magic?

Stephen Curry and the The Golden State Warriors continue their road trip on Tuesdayas they play the Orlando Magic in hopes of extending their winning streak to four games.
If the Dubs want to pass their test in Orlando, they’ll likely need the two-time NBA MVP to have a solid performance, especially since the Magic have been playing so well of late. Orlando entered the slot with the Warriors coming off losses to Kevin Durant and the Houston Rockets on Sunday, but had won three straight before that.
Curry went to work early, showing his prowess right from the perimeter, scoring 22 points on 7-for-10 shooting from the field and hitting five of his seven attempts from beyond the arc in the first half alone. At least one of the 3-pointers he hit in the first half must have been a highlight reel, as he drained it a step back and into the face of Magic guard Jalen Suggs.
After hitting a 3-pointer and while running on defense, Curry appeared to make a gesture it might seem confusing to some.

Despite Curry’s big first half, the Warriors trailed the Magic by seven points, 67-70, at halftime.
Playing in his 17th season in the NBA, Curry remains one of the most dangerous scoring threats in the league. He entered Tuesday with season averages of 27.4 points, 3.7 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game while knocking down 45.8 percent from the field and 38.1 percent from deep.
