Fans in disbelief at Aaron Gordon’s 3-pointer against the Warriors

Denver Nuggets forward Aaron Gordon was primarily known as a dunker when he entered the NBA. But over the years, Gordon has developed into a well-rounded playerincluding having a decent touch from long range.
He showed off his much-improved shooting in the season opener against the Golden State Warriors at the Chase Center on Thursday. He was absolutely smoldering in the first half, he drained it perfectly 7-of-7 from three-point range.
Stephen Curry who?
Thirty-year-old Gordon finished the first half with 25 points of his own the biggest performance ever for a halfaccording to StatMuse. He has already tied a career high with his seven 3-pointers.

Despite his legendary performances, Gordon never won a slam dunk contest title. With the way he’s shooting these days, maybe he could try his luck at the three-point shot. Maybe Curry could even join him.
As of this writing, the Nuggets are leading the Warriors in the fourth quarter. Gordon added two more 3-pointers in the second half to increase his scoring to a career-high 42 points.
It’s Golden State after defeating the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday.
