For James Harden, loyalty is an “overrated” value in the NBA
Loyalty in the NBA? For James Hardenasked about the growing mobility of superstars, including himself, as he discovers a fifth team in six seasons, attachment to city or jersey has become a vastly overrated concept in a league governed by economic interests and balance of power.
“This whole loyalty thing, I think it’s overrated” he failed. “Because at the end of the day, it’s a business: there’s a lot of money at stake and a lot of decisions to be made.”
