George Kittle clowns Stephen Curry for wearing a 49ers jersey
Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry and San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle they have developed a mutual appreciation over the years as they are both top athletes in the Bay Area.
They expressed support for each other, with a deep respect for their respective crafts. But that doesn’t mean they can’t throw shade at each other. After all, what’s a friendship without a little loose rib?
on Wednesday, Curry arrived at the Chase Center for their game against the Houston Rockets wearing Kittle’s 49ers jersey. It immediately caught the attention of the six-time Pro Bowler, who posed a hilarious question to Curry.
“@StephenCurri30 who did you lose your bet to, lad?” Kittle said on his Instagram story, adding two laughing emojis.

It’s a fair question, as the 37-year-old Warriors is widely known as an avid fan of his hometown team, the Carolina Panthers.
Unlike previous years, the Panthers are not doing badly this season, with a 6-6 record. The 49ers, meanwhile, have an 8-4 record.
Curry changed it a bit lately in terms of his fashion choices, especially with sneakers. So it shouldn’t be too surprising that he chose Kittle’s No. 85 jersey for his pregame appearance. Although he may have really just lost the bet.
Who is the biggest 49ers fan among the Warriors?
Former Golden State forward Andre Iguodala, a good friend of Curry’s, is a known Niners fan. Could he be involved? We need to know!
Meanwhile, someone should tell Kittle to wear Curry’s Warriors jersey for Sunday’s game against the Cleveland Browns.
