George Pickens opens for Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb

George Pickens is enjoying a strong campaign in his first season with Dallas Cowboys. While the team is still looking for consistency, especially on defense, Pickens is a welcome additiongiving the offense a different dynamic with his speed, athleticism and competitiveness.
After a bye week, the Cowboys host the Arizona Cardinals at AT&T Stadium on Monday. Before the game, Pickens told ESPN that he felt the team really embraced him after being traded to the Pittsburgh Steelers in the offseason.
Specifically, he said it was built a solid chemistry with CeeDee Lamb.
“You have a tandem, two guys that could be great, that feed off each other and in everything they do — go to the lunch room at the same time, throw the ball at the same time, see what I mean? We kind of do everything together, so he’s like a brother,” Pickens, 24, said.

Before facing the Cardinals, the talented wide receiver had 43 receptions, 685 yards — fourth best in the NFL — and six touchdowns. His relationship on the field with Dak Prescott she helped him become a valuable weapon for the Cowboys.
Pickens had nothing but good things to say about Prescott.
“One thing that really shocked me was his march. You know, how he carries himself on the field, how he calls, how he sees what you’re doing before you see what you’re doing, and that’s something coming from the (Pittsburgh) Steelers, that I’ve never experienced,” Pickens added.
He admitted that their defense could be better and expressed optimism that they can turn things around after last week. They are currently at the level of 3-4-1.
But as for their offense, with Pickens, Prescott and Lamb leading the way, let opponents worry about that.
