Giannis Antetokounmpo posters Cooper Flag in a rookie vs. vet moment

Giannis Antetokounmpo welcome Cooper Flagg in the NBA with a fierce dunk in Milwaukee Bucks matchup against the Dallas Mavericks on Monday night.

Antetokounmpo is going through his 13th year in the NBA, shining as one of the league’s best players. He continues to lead the Bucks as they look to get them back to the top of the mountain they reached in 2021 with a championship.

As for Flagg, he’s making his first rounds as a rookie in the league. The Mavericks selected him first overall in the 2025 NBA Draft, with high expectations for him to begin his career.

Antetokounmpo is well aware of the weight of expectation, which is why he dragged Flagg into this highlight reel. The play came in the first minute of the second quarter as Antetokounmpo slipped past Daniel Gafford and jump in the air and dunk the ball via Flagg.
