Giannis left the Pistons game with a non-contact injury amid trade rumors
The Milwaukee Bucks entered Wednesday night’s home game against the Detroit Pistons amid trade rumors involving Giannis Antetokounmpobut they may have a bigger problem to deal with regarding the two-time NBA MVP after he seemingly injured at the beginning of the aforementioned match at the Fiserv Forum.
After a Bucks basket, AJ Green guard Antetokounmpo suddenly fell to the ground without contact with anyone, raising concerns about possible injury.
“Giannis Antetokounmpo just fell to the ground on his way back down the floor after an assist to AJ Green. Sitting on the ground, he immediately called a timeout. He eventually got off the floor under his own power, but is now sitting on the Bucks bench,” said Eric Nehm of the Athletics.
