Green confirms Underground moment with Thompson

The Golden State Warriors recently lost to the Dallas Mavericks despite Stephen Curry scoring 38 points and Cooper Flagg having a 21-point double-double. However, the game also gained attention due to the viral moment it involved Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Brandin Podziemskiwhere the latter apparently tried to join the conversation.
Speaking on his podcast The Draymond Green Show, veteran Warrior originally protected Subdivision

“Viral interaction with Steph, Clay and myself talking. Stay away from my man BP, man. BP was obviously playing with Steph and me, he was playing with Klay, he was coming to talk to Klay, but we were in the middle of a conversation. But you get off my man’s back,” Green explained.
The moment took place right before the game, and the two Warriors stars had already spoken to Klay Thompson.
“He was just coming to show some love to Klay. I don’t think most people would feel like, you know what, I’m just going to get the hell out of here. I’ll see him another time,” Green revealed.
The four-time champion, however, was not happy with some of the reactions online.
“So shout out to BP for feeling like, you know what, these guys are laughing and talking, when really it was just us laughing at Klay, usually. He got the hell out of there,” Green concluded.
Despite the incident, the Warriors came back from the game with plenty to worry about. They were easily broken again in the fourth quarter and eventually relinquished control of a game they could have easily won, ending the final quarter 39-26.
With Jimmy Butler out, teams are finding more and more success against Golden State by limiting Curry’s impact, which seemed to be the plan to beat them once again.
