Injury-hit Stephen Curry hints at return against Timberwolves

As Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry has a quad injury and will miss his fifth straight game Sunday against the Chicago Bulls, there is the latest update on his schedule. After that The Warriors upset the Cleveland Cavaliers in the team’s last game, the franchise received positive news about Curry’s impending return.
According to ClutchPoints NBA Insider Brett Siegel, Curry has been re-evaluated for his quad injury “progressing well.” After starting practice and following other steps, he looks set to return on Friday against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
“Warriors say Stephen Curry has been re-evaluated and is making good progress from his left quad contusion. Curry has begun individual workouts and could participate in segments of team practice at home on Wednesday. Right now, it looks like he’ll be back on Friday,” Siegel wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
