Erik Spoelstra has a special bond with his players

During his time as a head coach, Spoelstra developed a strong relationship with his players in a unique way.

Basically, he is very demanding of his players, but he has cultivated considerable trust. When it comes to players like Jimmy Butler, they have earned each other’s trust. At the same time, they don’t necessarily talk about their relationship; let the play on the field speak for them.

Then, with Bama Adebayo, it’s like a family dynamic in the game. In other words, they don’t just talk about basketball; they also talk about life.

When LeBron James was there, Spoelstra helped him use his game, both as a player and as a leader. As a result, James won his first two back-to-back championships in 2012 and 2013.
