Boston Celtics All-Star Jailen Brown gave encouraging information about the injuries Jayson Tatum at All-Star Media Day. “From what I’ve seen, he looks pretty darn good,” Brown said, as Tatum’s potential return for the season nears.

The Celtics trading for Vucevic adds to the front office’s belief that Tatum will be back before the end of the regular season, according to NBA insider Marc Stein.
“The Celtics’ decision to acquire Nikola Vucevic from Chicago before the trade deadline in exchange for the expiring contract of Anfernee Simmons was a clear indication that Boston believes Tatum will indeed return to the postseason,” Stein said.
The Celtics enter the All-Star break with the second-best record — 35-19 — in the Eastern Conference.
