Jaylen Brown specifically calls out LeBron James for always failing

without question Jailen Brown knows how to bring the heat. Just ask Isiah Stewart of the Detroit Pistons. So when surveying the NBA landscape, Brown knows what he likes and what he doesn’t.

As a result, he doesn’t mind calling out some other big names to make his point. During a recent live broadcast with DDG, Brown made it a point call out LeBron James and others, according to Athlon Sports/Yahoo Sports.

Specifically, him he didn’t like when they fail continuously.

“The difference between drawing fouls and flopping,” Brown said. “Flopping is acting like you’re hit and you’re not.”

“Everybody does it,” Brown said. “A lot of offensive players do that.”

Other players he mentioned included Shai Giljus-Alexander, Joel Embiid, James Harden, Luka Doncic and Nikola Jokic.

However, Brown made it clear that he doesn’t make trouble out of these players; rather, he said the flop is prevalent throughout the NBA.

Currently, Brown is averaging 29.3 points, 6.2 rebounds and 4.9 assists per game. Meanwhile, the Celtics are 15-12 and lost to the Pistons 112-105.

Brown finished the game with 34 points, eight rebounds and seven assists.

Famous NBA players who have mastered the art of the flop

Throughout his career, James has been mocked and chastised for routinely faltering. However, he was certainly not alone.

Some other famous floppers were James Harden, Chris Paul, Reggie Miller, Patrick Beverley and Lance Stevenson.

Dennis Rodman, Robert Horry and Vlade Divac did the same. The two biggest reasons they did this were to get their opponents into foul trouble and to get to the free throw line more.

Each of them has perfected the flop with creative techniques. Miller would use “kicks” while taking jump shots. Rodman would often exaggerate contact to draw fouls.

All in all, they use it as a great strategic advantage.
