Jaylen Brown’s illness continues to plague him ahead of the Pacers game

On Monday night, The Boston Celtics will score floor at TD Garden for a home game against Indiana Pacers. The Celtics look to continue their momentum after wins over the Miami Heat and Toronto Raptors over the weekend.
Jailen Brown missed Boston’s last game in Toronto due to illness, and unfortunately, appeared once more on the injury report ahead of the game against Indiana, and the team officially listed him as questionable for the contest. Meanwhile, Jordan Walsh is also questionable for the Celtics due to illness.
The Pacers will be without Obie Taupin, Aaron Nesmith and Ben Shepard, with TJ McConnell listed as questionable to play.
Overall, the Celtics have been a success story so far this season, with the team currently 17-11, good for third place in the Eastern Conference. Boston has shaken off the rust from a slow start to the year, and Jaylen Brown has stepped into the number one role very effectively this year with Jayson Tatum on the sidelines.
The Celtics have gotten unexpected contributions from some of their younger players, including Walsh, who looks like a legitimate starting 3-and-D wing this year, and Peyton Pritchard and Derrick White have shaken off poor starts to look like old versions of themselves.
Either way, the Celtics and Pacers are scheduled to tip things off Monday at 7:30 PM ET before the rematch later this week in Indiana.
