Joe Alt gets some good news before Week 8 against the Vikings

No one will be happier Thursday night than the quarterback Justin Herbert. The Los Angeles Chargers KB was able to see his star tackle return to the field against the Minnesota Vikings for TNF on Amazon Prime.
The Bolts are coming off a tough loss to the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, where they allowed 38 points and Herbert and the offense made costly mistakes and fell short by two points. Herbert actually made history becoming the only player to ever have this epic losing stat line.
The Vikings fell to the Philadelphia Eagles in a game Carson Wentz played against his former team.
Now, Carson Wentz will start again in Week 8 against Los Angeles as JJ McCarthy will miss another game.
The Chargers should see Joe Alt return to your left combat point.
“The Chargers are listing T Joe Alt as questionable for tomorrow against the Vikings. Alt, who hasn’t played this month, said yesterday he plans to return.”
He will be a much-needed addition to a seriously struggling offensive line. There is no KB in the league was under pressure than Herbert this season, and that must change if they want to remain a playoff contender.
Zion Johnson, Bradley Bozeman and Macky Becton haven’t played their best this season. With the potential return of Alt, the line will be much better in pass protection. Just giving Herbert a few seconds will add to their offensive scheme, which consists of plenty of play-action passes.
Hopefully Trey Pipkins will be back healthy as well. Veteran Bobby Hart played right tackle in his place. The latest injury update the Chargers have both Pipkins and Alt as questionable.
The Chargers need a big win against the Vikings to get back on track and avoid falling to .500 after a 3-0 start.
