Josh Jacobs is playing through a knee injury against the Bears

The The Green Bay Packers are ready to take over Chicago Bears on Saturday in an all-important NFC North showdown in Week 16. With a playoff berth in the division, it appears Green Bay will have Josh Jacobs available in the hinterland.
Reports indicate that it is The 27-year-old guard is active and will play through a knee injury Saturday, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero. The decision comes after Jacobs was spotted on crutches earlier this week leading up to the game.
“Packers RB Josh Jacobs will be active tonight against the Bears, according to sources. Jacobs continues to battle a knee injury. He was on crutches Monday. He hasn’t practiced all week. But with the division potentially on the line, he’s going.”
The three-time Pro Bowler has been dealing with a knee injury for several weeks. Despite this, Jacobs only missed one game for the Packers. He enters the matchup against the Bears with 890 yards and 14 total touchdowns (13 rushing, one receiving). Josh Jacobs also added 270 receiving yards on 33 receptions on the season.
