The Los Angeles Clippers will look to avoid their first losing streak this Tuesday night when they host the reigning NBA champion Oklahoma City Thunder at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, but they will be without two key weapons. Both forward Kawhi Leonard and guard Bradley Beal are sitting out Thunder game for maintenance reasonsas reflected in their updated statuses on the official NBA injury report.

These moves on Leonard and Bill aren’t exactly surprising. They were expected, given that the Thunder game will be the Clippers’ second outing in as many days. Both players played and moved on Monday night home game against the visiting Miami Heat.

Without Leonard and Beal, the Clippers will have to rely on healthy bodies on their roster to mask the usual production of the two players.

Beating the Thunder gets a tall order for the Clippers without Leonard and Beal, but especially the former. Oklahoma City entered Tuesday undefeated through eight games in the 2025-26 NBA season. Moreover, the The Thunder are expected to bring back Chet Holmgren after missing games with a back problem.
