Kawhi Leonard’s injury update adds to LA’s woes

The Los Angeles Clippers have lost three consecutive games, and the last one was against the Phoenix Suns. They were also without Kawhi Leonardwho is dealing with a sprained ankle. When asked about Leonard’s status, head coach Ty Lue said he would miss the next few games for the Clippers, which is not good news for a team on a losing streak.
It also doesn’t bode well for Leonard, who has a long injury history. While with the Clippers, he missed time almost every season due to injuries, and recently they have been more careful with his playing time so that he can play later in the season.
The Clippers entered this season with one of the oldest rosters in the league, and when you look at the team, they have some players who have dealt with injuries at times throughout their careers. One of them is Bradley Beal, who has already missed some time this season due to injury.
Not only is he injured, but he’s had a rough start to the season offensively, and obviously, his teammates cheered him on to find his rhythm.
“They were all on my a…,” said Bill.
The Clippers are getting solid contributions from other players, such as James Harden and Ivica Zubac. Leonard has also played well this season, but they will need him on the court to get out of their slump.
At 3-6, the Clippers don’t want their season to slip away so quickly. At the same time, it’s still early days, and they could turn things around at any moment. The main issue for them is staying healthy, and once they can do that, they should be able to get back on their feet.
