Nike continues its offensive with KD 18 which is in its 12th coloration after the release of this version of “Wanda Pratt”. This honors the mother Kevin Durantwho has always supported the Rockets superstar, and completes a series of two other colorways dedicated to KD’s aunt (“Aunt Pearl”) and his grandmother, Barbara A. Davis (“BAD”).
The “Wanda Pratt” colorway comes with its mostly turquoise blue upper paired with white with a brown sole. The KD logo stands out in white on the tongue.

Nike has taken a new twist with the KD 15 to continue to best support Kevin Durant’s needs, especially in terms of support, stability and comfort. As the box says: “Designed to Kevin Durant’s exact specifications.”
Tricks to guarantee good support have taken different forms in recent years, which has led to this TPU cage in strips going all the way to the lugs to properly squeeze the foot. This is a point that all slasher style models should not overlook, and KD seems to have understood it well.
On the technical side, with an equally optimal grip and a good balance in the sole between comfort and responsiveness, the KD 18 lives up to its status as a top model.
