Keegan Murray was helped off the court after a painful injury against the Bucks

The The Sacramento Kings just couldn’t catch a break as a franchise. Not only does the roster they run every night make no sense, they’ve also been unlucky on the injury front. On Sunday night in their clash against the Milwaukee Bucks, the Kings’ woes continued as Keegan Murray has suffered an ankle injury that requires him to be taken off the field.

With the Kings down 25, 81-56, with 4:01 left in the third quarter, Murray made a layup after Gary Trent Jr. sprained his left ankle after landing awkwardly on Turner’s leg.

The Kings forward had to go to the locker room immediately, and suffice it to say, he’s unlikely to return to action that night given the big deficit his team faces against the Bucks.

Murray had 12 points and three rebounds on 6-14 shooting in 27 minutes before exiting the game. They could play the likes of Nike Clifford and Keon Ellis bigger stakes for the Kings after Murray’s ankle injury.
