Kobe White is still waiting for the Bulls’ green light

Coby WhiteChicago hoped for a quick recovery Coby White and therefore that they can count on him when the season continues. But we’ll still have to wait. Hit in the lower leg during training in the off-season, the leader has already missed the entire preparation, and his convalescence has been extended.

The Illinois franchise indicated he will have at least two more weeks. Kobe White returned to practice this weekend, but the Bulls want to give him time to fully regain his senses. The next two weeks should allow him to get back to 100%.

An expected return, as the former North Carolina player remains an essential part of Billy Donovan’s system. He posted his best stats of his career last season, averaging over 20 points (37% from 3-point range) and 4 assists in 74 games. Especially since this season is the last year of his contract, and he intends to break the bank at the end of this 2025/26 campaign…

Meanwhile, Chicago started the season with The Three Joneses to lead and Aio Dosunmu at No. 2. A duo we should see again tomorrow night, during the season opener at home against the Pistons.
