Kon Knuepel, Brandon Miller landed on injury report

The Charlotte Hornets will face the Oklahoma City Thunder, and they could be without several of their key players for the match. Kon Knuepel is on the injury report with contusion of the right hip, and Brandon Miller he has a left knee contusion. Both players have played well this season, and while the Hornets are not where they want to be in the standings, there is no doubt that they compete every night.
Against a team like the Thunder, they will need all hands on deck, and Knuppel’s shooting will be important. As for Miller, his ability to create shots and get to the rim will also be key.
Kon Knuepel, Brandon Miller’s injury status against the Thunder
He’s a stick listed as suspicious against the Thunder, with Miller listed as probable. Miller seems to have the best chance to be on the field between the two, but don’t rule out Knuepel not playing. He has been on the injury report all season and has still played well. He’s having a solid rookie season, and he made history more than a week ago by becoming fastest rookie to reach 100 triplesas he only needed 29 games.
Knuepel has been the key to the Hornets’ success this season, but they haven’t been able to get over the hump. LaMelo Ball missed time earlier in the year, as did Miller, and it caused them to run during the season.
The Hornets still seem to be missing a piece or two to help them start winning more games, but at the end of the day, it’s still a young team. Coach Charles Lee is doing the best he can with what he has, and hopefully they can put it all together soon and climb the table.
