LA signed Kobe Bufkin to a two-year contract

After the NBA trade deadline, the Lakers had one open roster spot they used to sign Kobe Bufkin to a two-year deal, according to Shams Charani of ESPN. Bufkin previously played for the Lakers on a 10-day contract last month, and the team decided not to sign him for another 10 days. After his first 10 days were up, Bufkin returned to the G League with the Lakers’ South Bay affiliate where he began the season. This is a developing story and will be updated as more information becomes available.
