LaMelo Ball was the first to sign for PUMA Basketball 2020 before his first NBA season in which he earned Rookie of the Year honors. The multi-year endorsement deal was worth around $100 million and included the promise of a signature sneaker line to promote Ball’s “blockbuster” talent.
Six years later and the LaMelo Ball x Puma line has grown to five signature sneakers with the name, the latest being the PUMA MB.05 released in August 2025. Ball has also developed his own LaFrance lifestyle line, featuring numerous non-basketball silhouettes and apparel.
Partnering with Rick and Morty and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, PUMA and LaMelo Ball are set to release another multi-shoe collection in collaboration with the popular Fast & Furious franchise.

The four-shoe collection will include two colorways LaMelo signature PUMA MB.05together with two editions of LaFrance and LaFrance RNR silhouettes. The colors, which appear in orange, pink, blue and black, are inspired by the paintwork of the cars that appear throughout the franchise. The collection will be released at the same time as the MB.05 models for $135, while both LaFrance models will cost around $115.
The sneaker is expected to release on February 11, 2026 during NBA All-Star Weekend. The release will also celebrate 25 years of the “Fast & Furious” franchise, tying in a generational gamer in the process.
PUMA Basketball will also host an immersive pop-up experience at All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles where fans will have the opportunity to purchase the Fast & Furious collection during its initial release. Personal quantities should be limited, but expect a wider edition via PUMA and select PUMA stockists.
