Larry Nance Jr. shows ‘all my friends hate ICE’ t-shirt
Lately, NBA players they weighed the violent situation in Minneapolis, Minnesota. One of those that makes an obvious statement is Cleveland Cavaliers guard Larry Nance Jr.
On Monday, Nance went viral by wearing a T-shirt that said “all my homes hate ICE,” a scathing rebuke from United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), before the Cavs’ game against the Orlando Magic.
It was also republished in Blue Sky by Harrison Faigen of SB Nation.

Inevitably, a flurry of reactions came down the pike in the blue sky.

Another user quoted Nancy’s previous charity work when he played for the New Orleans Pelicans.
“Larry Nance Jr is the real deal. When he played for the New Orleans Pelicans, he gave a lot of supplies to schools in the area – he bought so many things that Amazon thought his account had been hacked.”
Someone else retweeted from Nance on X which included a quote from Anne Frank.

How NBA players and coaches react to Minneapolis
After the ICE killings of Renee Goode and Alex Pretty, various NBA players and coaches got involved.
The Timberwolves and Golden State Warriors protested postponed their scheduled match last Saturday and played on Sunday. Then ICE killed Alex Pretty, an intensive care nurse who worked with veterans.
After that, Steve Kerr cried ICEand Steph Curry supported the protests. Finally, the NBA Players Association published an official announcement saying the players “can no longer remain silent”.
Nance’s teammate, Donovan Mitchell, stood for humanity in light of the situation.
