With constant hints that it might be last season James’ career, this was an emotional return. The The Cavaliers honored James before the game, showing his appreciation for the man they drafted in 2003. It was a monumental video for the NBA’s all-time leading scorer. James reflected on his career and all that he accomplished. However, there was no guarantee that this would be his last game in Cleveland. James mentioned his potential retirement, but he still wasn’t sure if this would be his last game in Cleveland.
