LeBron James reveals the 9-step program that allowed him to play his first back-to-back games of the season

on Tuesday, LeBron James played in his first back-to-back games of the season. The Los Angeles Lakers beat the Atlanta Hawks 141-116. James finished with 31 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds.
Then he is shared what was needed to play in back-to-back games, according to ESPN’s Dave McMenamin. Nine steps did the trick.
Cold tub, hyperbaric chamber, nap, Normatec, activation, stretching, rehab, lifting and pre-game meal.

James is averaging 22.4 points, 6.9 assists and 5.7 rebounds per game. Meanwhile, the Lakers are now 24-14 and have the 5th best record in the Western Conference. They will continue their busy schedule against the Charlotte Hornets on Thursday.
After that, the Lakers play the Portland Trail Blazers on the road on Saturday. They will then return to Los Angeles on Sunday to take on the Toronto Raptors.
The schedule was so busy that James himself he played a role in canceling the shootout. Next week, the Lakers’ schedule will begin to lighten up.
They will play on Tuesday (January 20) against the Denver Nuggets. Then Thursday against the LA Clippers and Saturday against the Dallas Mavericks. It will all be on the way.
James (40) is playing in his 23rd NBA season. A season woven into the patch on the jersey he wore against the Sacramento Kings on Monday.
