Lou Dort and Jeremiah Fears check out
The NBA sanctioned it Luguentz there (Thunder) et Jeremiah Fears (Pelicans) fined $25,000 each after their recent altercation, just announced the big league.
The facts go back to the end of Oklahoma City’s win against New Orleans two days ago at the Pike Center.
As the final buzzer sounded, Lou Dort was grabbed by the New Orleans rookie, who responded, and the two men had to be separated by teammates to keep things from getting out of hand…
It was felt on both sides that this final explosion is related to the lack of control by judges.
“They are good guys, a good group (officiating), but I think they lost control of the match in the last minutes.”said Marc Daigneault. “I think the feud ended up actually starting way before that, with the situation between (Sadiq) Bey and J-Will (Jaylin Williams). They could have handled this better.”
For the brawl that took place between the Suns and the Nets, the NBA did not announce any sanctions.
