Luka Doncic flips Jalen Brunson after the game


The Los Angeles Lakers faced with star power at Madison Square Garden against the New York Knicks. Then he testified Luka Dončić flip off Jalen Brunson.

And that moment went viral — as the NBA caught NBC cameras after New York’s 112-100 win.

It seems, however, that the gesture was not made out of disrespect by Dončić. He laughed as he connected it to the Knicks star. It seems that Doncic was trying to be playful. Brunson he even handled post-match interview duties for the Knicks after the flip off.

However, emotions certainly ran high at MSG. In particular, it includes two ambitious contenders and iconic franchises that contribute to the famous sports rivalry of Los Angeles and New York.

Brunson was not the only representative of New York that Doncic targeted.

It’s not a loud Knicks environment without Spike Lee Court. The numerous and rabid NIK fans aimed to tear down the Lakers and their all-around star.

Famed filmmaker Lee tried to unsettle Doncic on the court — as he had done to Michael Jordan and Reggie Miller before him. Doncic, however, went viral for another gesture against the Knicks: Points to Lee and winks at him after draining a three.

Lee couldn’t help but rub his face and smile while dressed in Knicks colors.

Doncic shined under the MSG lights — he dropped 30 points, collected 15 rebounds and dished out eight assists for a near triple-double. He also nailed five baskets from behind the arc.

Doncis became the only player to reach 30. OG Anunoby led New York with 25 points. Doncic’s teammate from the Lakers, LeBron James, added 22 points.

This loss by the Lakers dropped them to 29-19 overall, while the Knicks rose to 31-18.
