Luka Dončić presented new mysterious Jordan Luka 5 sneakers

Los Angeles Lakers‘ Luka Dončić is currently leading the NBA in scoring at 33.8 PPG and shares the lowest odds to be named the league’s Most Valuable Player. The Lakers are also focused on a championship, maximizing the remaining period of LeBron/Luca during this season. Doncic recently unveiled a new colorway of his latest Jordan Luka 5, which may have a bit of a twist Dallas Mavericks‘ overtone.

First signed for Jordan Brand 2019 All-Star Luka Doncic dropped five sneakers with names below the Jumpman along with a secondary Jordan Luka .77 collection. Doncic has been rocking the latest Jordan Luka 5 all season with the expectation of a fresh silhouette sometime this summer.

Doncic debuted in the new color on January 24 in the Lakers’ 116-110 victory over the Dallas Mavericks. He wore the pair again on Jan. 26 against the Bulls, becoming the fastest Laker to reach 2,000 points.

On a cold night in Dallas, Luka brought the heat on his feet, unleashing a new colorway of the Jordan Luka 5.

Only after being named the player of the week of the Western Conference, Luka Doncic played everything tonight in the Windy City.

Strapping on his latest Jordan Luka 5 PE, Doncic hit the 46/7/11 line as he became the fastest Laker ever to hit 2,000 points.

The deep purple/burgundy cleats were certainly lucky for Doncic during this recent stretch, but fans couldn’t help but notice the distinct shade of purple when he debuted the cleats against the Mavericks. Several reactions on social media claim that the shade could be a mix of Lakers purple and Mavericks blue.

It remains to be seen if the sneaker carries any Mavericks touches, but fans can certainly expect this sneaker to be in addition to the other Jordan Luka 5 colorways that will be releasing soon. The Jordan Luka 5 is currently available for $135 Nike and most Jordan Brand retailers.
