Mavericks overwhelmed by Bulls collective

After three straight losses against teams in their conference (Hornets, Celtics, Pistons), the Bulls get back on track against a team from the West. Billy Donovan’s men didn’t have too much trouble getting rid of the Mavs (125-107) who were quickly without their coach Jason Kidd, who was fired.

For the victory, Chicago could count on the good performances of the elements of its “hindsight”. Coby Whiteauthor of 22 points, i Aio Dosunmu20 points and 8 assists with maximum efficiency (7/9 on shots). Five other home players have reached or surpassed the 13-unit mark.

– Bulls are used to such distribution of points. Seeing a number of elements score 10 or more points was especially important early in the Bulls’ season. And on this night, responsibilities were mostly shared. All members of the five (Kobe White, Ayo Dosunmu, Matas Bouzelis, Nikola Vucevic and Isaac Okoro) scored at least 13 points, as well as two elements from the bench (Tre Jones and Kevin Huerter). This is the 11th time this season that seven players finished with at least 10 points.

– Cooper Flagg I used. Two days after his 26-point outing against the Jazz, the Mavs big man had a much harder time expressing himself in this game, scoring just 11 points on 4/13 shooting. In the last quarter, we saw a few balls get out of his hands on passes that weren’t really contested by his teammates.
