Myles Turner disappointed by the boos of his former fans in Indiana

For his first return to Indiana since his departure to Milwaukee, Miles Turner made a a fairly simple prediction : “There will be cheers, there will be whistles.” Monday night proved him right and wrong. Right to boo, wrong to cheer. Or let’s say the seconds were noisier than the first…
The former Pacers center was actually booed all night, even during the franchise’s pregame tribute video. Apparently, it went badly.
“It was demoralizing and frustrating”, he reacted. “You give ten years of your life, your blood, your sweat, your tears, agree to take less money, survive transfer rumors… You try to do everything right and things go wrong. Okay. I accept without saying anything.”
Touched by the attitude of the fans at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, the 2025 finalist immediately donned a villainous costume and got on the nerves of his former team.
