NBA fans turn on the Grizzlies after trailing by nearly 40 points at halftime

Both pride themselves on their example of bravery, but on this night, the two teams were miles apart. Miami embarrassed Memphis on the road, earning a stunning 146-114 victory inside the FedExForum. The game was over by halftime.
Grizzlies fans were horrified to see their beloved franchise completely outplayed in their own building against a Heat team that was without its best scorer in Tyler Hero. Memphis trailed 86-47 at the break. The effort was both terrifying and unfathomable. People took to social media to assess this massacre.

Adebayo and Simone Fontecchio each made four 3-pointers as the team shot 47.5 percent from distance. The Heat bounced back nicely from a 125-121 loss to the Orlando Magic in the season opener and made a thunderous statement in Bluff City.
The Grizzlies built one that was just as loud, but for all the wrong reasons.
