Meanwhile, New York will continue with the regular season. The team boasts an 18-7 record on the season, holding second place in the Eastern Conference standings. They are three games ahead of the Toronto Raptors and 3.5 games ahead of the Boston Celtics while trailing the Detroit Pistons by 2.5 games.
