What awaits Nick Nurse, 76ers

It’s an unfortunate mistake for Nick Nurse and the 76ers due to Paul George’s suspension. Finally making progress in a disastrous 2024-25 campaign, the team entered the playoff conversation before George’s ban.
Philadelphia is 16-11 when George plays and 10-10 when he doesn’t this season. In 27 games in which he participated, he averaged 16 points, 5.1 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.5 steals per game. He is shooting 42.4% from the field, including 38.2% from beyond the arc and 85.5% from the free throw line.
Philadelphia is 26-21 on the season, holding onto sixth place in the Eastern Conference standings. They are above the Orlando Magic and Miami Heat while trailing the Cleveland Cavaliers and Toronto Raptors.
