Nick Young gives a hilarious look at keeping Giannis in Milwaukee

The Milwaukee Bucks they have a lot of questions to answer this season, none bigger than what the future holds Giannis Antetokounmpo will be in the team. Antetokounmpo seems committed to the Bucks now, but made it clear he could change his mind at any time, depending on how they look throughout the season.

The only way to keep Antetokounmpo in Milwaukee is if they win, but Nick Young came up with another idea about how they he could make him stay.

“I think the East is wide open. Giannis is the best player in the East,” Young said at Gill’s Arena. He will be hard to stop. You have to keep him happy. I’d take all his brothers. Take the whole family.”

Oddly, the Bucks have already signed two of his siblings. Thanasis Antetokounmpo signed a one-year contract with the team during the offseason, and they recently signed Alec Antetokounmpo to a two-way contract. With those signings, it was the first time three brothers were on the roster at the same time.

It definitely won’t be enough for the Bucks to keep Antetokounmpo, especially if they lose, but it seems like a nice gesture to their franchise player.

Eyes are fixed on Giannis and Bucks

Antetokounmpo’s future with the Bucks has been the talk of the town for the past few months, and he was open to trade rumors which has been swirling for some time.

“I’m here to take this team wherever we can and it’s definitely going to be tough,” Antetokounmpo via Eric Nehm of the Athletics. “We’ll have it day by day, but I’m here. So all the other extra things don’t matter. I think I’ve communicated with my teammates, I’ve communicated with people I respect and I love that the moment I step on this field or in this facility, wearing this jersey, everything else doesn’t matter. I’m locked in front of me.

“Now, if I change my mind in six, seven months, I think that’s human too, you’re allowed to make whatever decision you want, but I’m locked in. I’m locked in this team. I’m locked in with these guys, this group and this coaching staff and myself.”

If the Bucks don’t play up to Antetokounmpo’s standards early in the season, it will be interesting to see if they seek a trade.
