Nikola Vucevic’s encouraging confession after the win over the Cavs will give hope to Chicago fans

Things may be looking up for Chicago Bulls. On Friday, they defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers for the second straight game, 136-125. This comes two days later winning at home 127-111.
Afterwards, the veterans center Nikola Vucevic he liked what he saw and what he saw, per NBA.com’s Sam Smith. Basically, he sees a slight turnaround in how the Bulls have been playing.
“When we didn’t play well, we played too much individually, forced some things, not something sustainable,” said Vucevic. “But we got back to playing together, shooting the ball, but not only that, more details. (Our) timing was good, screens were set better, things like that we got away from a lot during that tough stretch. Now we’re getting back to those things and our defense has taken a step forward that has allowed us to both run and rebound; we’ve done the job of the season. It wasn’t great, it took a little too long, hopefully we can hang on now.
All in all, Vucevic finished with a double-double of 24 points and 15 rebounds. Certainly, far from the pessimism of Vucevic told the Chicago Tribune recently as he pondered his future.
Nikola Vucevic is the definition of a calm presence
Without a doubt, the Bulls are a young team. Vucevic (35) is an elder statesman and he showed that in this first part of the season.
In November, after the Bulls beat the Washington Wizards by one point, Vucevic he wasn’t very happy in his post-game interview. While Matas Bouzelis and Jalen Smith joked about him in front of the camera, he wasn’t having it.
Basically saying that while a win is a win, there is a right way to win.
