Listed as ill on the Thunder’s injury report, Gilgeous-Alexander played in a 113-105 NBA Cup win over the Minnesota Timberwolves at the Pike Center.
The 27-year-old has scored at least 20 points in 91 consecutive games, the third-longest streak in NBA history.
Anthony Edwards had 31 points and eight rebounds for the Timberwolves, who have lost three straight.
Oklahoma is just the fifth team in NBA history to start the season with 18 wins and one loss, while winning all three NBA Cup games and leading the A West.
