Packers’ Jaden Reed injured his shoulder during the Eagles’ Wild Card game



After losing two of their linemen to injuries against Philadelphia Eagles in the Wild Card round, Green Bay Packers they were shared update on receiver Jaden Reed’s injury, according to Adam Schefter on Ks.

“Packers say VR Jaden Reed is questionable to return tonight with shoulder injury,” Schefter wrote.

In addition to the weapons they lost, both Elgton Jenkins and Devonte Wyatt were ruled out of the Wild Card game, giving the Packers an uphill climb to secure a road win against the Eagles.

Given the amount of time left in the game when Reed suffered the injury, he will likely return if he can.

However, if the injury is serious enough, which is not yet known, he could miss the rest of Sunday’s match.

Now, the Packers weren’t successful on offense against the Eagles, and it was obvious — even when Reed was active.

However, with Reed’s return in question, the Packers have an even tougher battle to fight.

Just one season after it one of the youngest lists to make the playoffs, the Packers look even worse in 2024.

Now injuries obviously played a role in that, but injuries happen to every team. Although they are very different teams, the Detroit Lions — who secured the No. 1 seed in the NFC — were one of the most injury-prone teams in the NFL.

As the Lions have proven, injuries are no excuse for teams that are truly capable of winning the Super Bowl.

And while not many NFL fans outside the state of Wisconsin expected a heroic performance by the Packers in the Wild Card Roundtheir injury toll was a significant reason why this game went the way it did.

While the game isn’t over, it looks like the Packers will have plenty of time to recover during the offseason.
