Pascal Siakam calls the game a dagger against the bulls
Pascal Miss came through in the clutch while knocking down the game-winning touchdown at Indiana Pacers’ 103-101 victory over the Chicago Bulls on Saturday night.
Siakam is in the 10th year of his NBA career, his third with the Pacers. He has been the leading scorer as the team goes through significant struggles following Tyrese Halliburton’s Achilles injury in the 2025 NBA Finals. Injuries have also affected several key players on the roster, affecting their trajectory to begin the 2025-26 campaign.
The contest against the Bulls went down, but Siakam refused to let Indiana fall to the division rival. In the final seconds of the game, he received an inbound pass as he did dribbling to his spot in the mid-range and fired a shot. The kick was successful as Indiana took its final lead of the night.
i am hungry reflected on the victory after the game on the broadcast. There, he explained what was going on in his mind before taking the winning shot.
“I was thinking about (passing) and then I was like no,” Siakam said.
