Pascal Siakam throws a huge rush in transition against the Rockets
Pascal Sakak had an impressive dunk on a fast break in Indiana Pacers match against Houston Rockets on Monday evening.
Siakam is halfway through his 10th NBA season, his third with the Pacers. He has been a bright spot for Indiana as the team goes through a free fall with multiple injuries suffered this season. The veteran forward played so well that he earned his fourth career All-Star selection, his second straight honor with the Pacers.

As Pascal Siakam, the Pacers played against the Rockets

Despite Pascal Siakam’s breakout season, he and the Pacers failed to stun the Rockets in a 118-114 loss at home.
Both teams traded shots throughout the game. Houston took the biggest blow with a 37-26 second quarter, something Indiana wasn’t able to fully recover from the rest of the night.
Four players scored in double figures for Indiana in the loss, including Siakam. He led the team with 27 points, five assists, four rebounds and one steal. He shot 12 of 21 from the field, including 2 of 3 from beyond the arc. It’s Benedikt Maturin’s turn with 25 points and five assists, while Aaron Nesmith had 17 points and six rebounds. Meanwhile, Jerras Walker had 12 points and four rebounds.
Indiana fell to a 13-37 record on the season, at the bottom of the Eastern Conference standings. They trail the Washington Wizards and Brooklyn Nets by one game each.
The Pacers will look to bounce back in their next game, staying at home. They host the Utah Jazz on February 3rd at 7pm ET.
