Pete Carroll was scathing about Ashton Jeanty’s lack of action
That was a rough night for the Las Vegas Raiders and Pete Carroll. I Ashton Jeanty is lost in mixing. Moreover, Carroll was angry at Ginty’s lack of action against the Cowboys.
Carol simply said don’t care what people thinkaccording to NBC Sports. He has his genius offensive coordinator in Chip Kelly, and he’s sticking with it.
“I don’t really care about pleasing people with our run-pass mix,” Carroll said. “I just want to move the football.”

The Raiders were defeated 33-16 by the Cowboys on Monday Night Football. It was ugly in the first half and it didn’t get any better.
And yet, Ginty had an incredible six rushing attempts for a guy who is considered a breakaway threat. Immobile quarterback Geno Smith had nearly as many rushing attempts (4) as Jeanti.
However, Carroll said he has no plans to develop young players. He said he was with him day by day. Maybe if he was 20 years younger, maybe it would be different. who knows
“That’s the mindset of your guys,” Carroll said. “Our mindset is we’re trying to win.”
The problem is that the Raiders have no hope of making anything from the 2025 season. They are 2-8, and the only thing they can do with a win is get a lower pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Carroll said he expected better from his team.
“I was really disappointed we couldn’t stop them more,” Carroll said. “It was a very difficult night for us. I’m sorry about that. I feel bad.”
As for Ginty, he tried to take it, according to a Raiders YouTube post via ClutchPoint.
“I don’t call the plays … that’s up to the guys up there,” Jeanty said. “So I just take whatever I get. Just perseverance, still believing in my faith, trusting in God and his plan for me. Obviously, it’s not going the way I want, but it’s already written, and whatever is in the future will happen, but I just have to keep going and finish the year strong.”
