Anthony Davis becomes interested in trade

However, there are plenty of teams that feel Davis can help them.
“The Pistons (19-5), Raptors (15-10) and Hawks (14-11) are high-level threats in their conference and are having seasons that give hope that a player like Davis — a 10-time All-Star who has spent his entire career in the Western Conference — can elevate them into a viable championship-quality team.”
However, it is unclear if Davis will relocate. His agents are in close contact with Dallas about the player’s role moving forward.
“(Dallas management Michael) Finley and (Matt) Riccardi took the message and said the franchise wants to keep its options open and see how the team plays over the next few weeks. They haven’t ruled out an extension,” Charania said.
The Mavericks are 9-16 this season.
